This video shares how I've been using the S-4 in my music-making as an experimental sound design tool and processor for acoustic instruments, synthesizers, and other sound sources. I'll share a brief overview of the instrument and everything that’s included, and then dive into a bunch of musical demos, patch examples, and ways I've been enjoying using the S-4.
The S-4 is a sampler and multi-effect processor with a built-in granular processor, resonator, distortion effects such as bit crushing and overdrive; and spatial effects like reverb and delay.
