It’s time to stop waiting!
Many of you are on the fence or aren’t sure whether or not now is a good time to buy a house.
While you were on the fence and waiting for the best time to buy investors are buying up everything that they can find. You were waiting for the prices to drop, especially in the new construction community, but investors are going into new construction and buying those homes.
When they choose not to buy those homes, it causes the builders to slow down on production.
That means that when interest rates are lowered, there is still going to be less inventory available on the market because builders have once again slow down their building. 
While you wait and decided you were putting yourself in a position where there are going to be multiple offers when you do decide to jump back in the markets. This waiting is also causing you to be priced out in some cases. This means that due to the whole prices increase in you are now looking at higher mortgage payments, and many times payments. You just simply don’t want to be responsible for.
