Can you get a Windows PC to play Dolby Atmos on your Arc? (WARNING:EXPENSIVE!)

We have an incidental episode today. I discovered that you are able to do this with the new Nvidia RTX3060 graphics card. Basically any graphics card in the Nvidia 3000 series will have a HDMI 2.1 port and that will pass the Atmos track over to an Atmos capable TV and that will send the signal downstream to the Sonos Arc through eARC.
