Each front seat requires only three plastic covers: two identical white ones
in the back (a pair is sold in a package per seat) and one clear one in the front (must be purchased separately).

Actually, on the second passenger seat with two rails, I only installed one plastic cover for each rail, not two as I wanted. If you install two, it jams and moves very tightly. On the driver's seat, I installed two for each, it moves tightly, but there is no play at all - just so you know.
