If you have your KPI Data in an Excel spreadsheet it is probably not in the best layout for importing directly into Power BI. In this video, I take you through the steps for importing KPI data into Power BI using Power Query Editor. I use maintenance management KPIs but the principles are the same no matter what industry or KPIs you are tracking.
