If you want a good print, and a strong bond to the build-plate , you need to have the bed the right distance away from the nozzle, the standard way to do this is to move the printer in X and Y to each corner through a manual and slow process which doesn't always give great results. I've come up with a fast and simple method to level your bed quickly and easily for every print. This works with the print, or as a stand-alone print as well.

I personally like to keep my printers as close to stock as I can so that I avoid added complexity and avoid replacing anything that breaks down. A BL touch is a normal solution for getting good bed adhesion, however if you've just purchased one of these printers you may not want to spend the extra money on one. Hopefully this video can help you to achieve good results every time.
Some parts are hard to remove when using glue stick because the bond is so good, a 10 minute trip into the freezer will easily separate them from the build plate.
