Writer's Reviews - Hilda Season 3
The Hilda franchise is such a beautiful one! The animation and whimsy are perfectly balanced with humor, a story about growing up and making friends, and seriously dark world building elements. It's a powerful exercise in character development, but how does it hit the landing?
Hilda Season 3 delivers a lot of great things, from great character development for Johanna, building up the world even more, introducing new characters, having some great action and horror, and yet it doesn't feel like a finale. If anything, it's a penultimate season. There's something critical missing, and Lars is here to find out what it is!
