Schedulers - Using Templates and Auto Schedule
One of the most exciting features of the Services app is the ability to create and use "templates" (a pre-defined setup for a normal or special service) and the "Auto Schedule" feature which allows you to let the system populate your volunteers based on who it knows will be out-of-town, who has already served recently and what individual service preferences are (9am or 11am).
