2021 OCP Global Summit: Achronix Speedster FPGAs enabling ODSA Chiplet Roadmap
Achronix is a supplier of high end FPGAs and embedded eFPGA IP used in data centers and networking equipment. The Speedster 7t family includes multiple 400G Ethernet, PCIe Gen5 interfaces and 16Gbps GDDR6 memory to enable high performance solutions. Its Machine Learning Processor provides leading edge ML capabilities in addition to its high performance interlaces and memory. Additionally, its multiple 100G and 56G high speed SerDes can be used to interconnect other devices to the Speedster to enable multi-chip and multi-die solutions. This short 10 min presentation will cover the Achronix product family, its capabilities and the potential uses of its interfaces to create multi-device platforms. We will cover the use of standard interfaces such as Ethernet and PCIe for chip to chip communication, as well as the use of high speed SerDes in bypass mode to provide new protocol and messaging options to the user. The upcoming roadmap will be presented.
