Presenter: Karen Alexander is the Managing Director of the New Jersey Travel Independence Program (NJTIP) at the Alan M. Voorhees Transportation Center at Rutgers University. Her research interest of connecting older, disabled, or low income people to opportunity with accessible transportation is facilitated by her experience designing, planning, implementing, and promoting community mobility programs, services in the New Jersey area.
