In the previous video, we learned the Extend Command in AutoCAD 2027 and understood how to make objects longer until they reach another object or boundary. In this lesson, we will learn another very important editing command: the Offset Command.
The Offset Command is used to create a parallel copy of an object at a specific distance. For example, if you draw one wall line and need another wall line beside it with proper thickness, you can use Offset instead of drawing the second line manually.
