MIS Computer & The Chicago Lighthouse: A Partnership That Works
When hospitality software company MIS Computer was having trouble staffing its helpdesk, company founder Neal Berz had an idea. He knew of The Lighthouse’s programs helping people with visual impairments find employment, and felt they had the skills and creativity to handle the job. Now, three employees with visual impairments from The Lighthouse are helping MIS’s clients solve their problems and keep their businesses up and running.
