CODE ERROR formed circa 2017 featuring line-up of two grindcore stalwarts from Singapore/Malaysia, Wormrot and Tools of the Trade. They came out with a 5 track EP, played a few number of shows and have been totally silent since.
2025 shows a new line-up change having Vijesh (ex-wormrot) on Drum and Mark Fields (of Siege & Oblivionation) on Vocals. We know that Tiong was active with many other bands but this time, he focused more on what he naturally loves, Grindcore!
As a result of short period of Tracking, Mixing, and Mastering the tracks, mostly done in Kuala Lumpur leaving Mark vocals tracks performed at his hometown in United States, these 12 tracks
album, clocking in 12 minutes is an answer to a powerful, straight-up, no-frills, with tons of energy; which is what grindcore should sound like!!
