Today is an update that I've been waiting for ever since Notion first announced AI all that time ago.
Notion AI can now actually control your workspace and take actions for you.
It can read databases and help you understand the data in it. It can update records and properties and can even create new databases from scratch.
What's more, if you give it any kind of information, it will happily fill out those databases for you. Whether from screenshots, PDFs, or just the brainstorm that you conducted using the AI meeting notes.
And when you don't have the information yourself at hand, Notion AI can go off and research on the internet.
It's definitely not perfect yet, and there are still quite some quirks. Plus, you should always be careful before you let AI take any actions in your workspace that you might not be able to easily revert.
But it's still a huge step forward, and I'm very excited to see what else is to come here.
