COD 2021 rumours are suggesting we're getting a WW2 sequel potentially heading to the 1950s - essentially setting up for a WW3 or Korean War title.
On February 16th, popular Call of Duty leaker @ModernWarzone posted a Tweet revealing that the next instalment in the franchise would be set in the 1950s. The post was swiftly deleted, implying that the leaker may have been onto something. A 1950s setting for Call of Duty would certainly be an interesting one. The Korean War began in the 1950s and saw American forces enter Korea in a bid to halt the communist movement sweeping across southeast Asia. A new leaker has stepped forward to suggest that COD 2021 will, in fact, be set in World War 2 once again. Leaker @Victor__Z has proved to be an accurate source of information in the past. Prior to the release of Black Ops Cold War, he correctly revealed that the first reveal trailer would include a brief preview of multiplayer.
