“Moana” is arguably one of the best modern Disney movies ever. We can’t get enough of it! The more you watch it, the more things will make sense. There’s a popular theory out there that states that Moana is actually a demigod. But we found other “Moana” theories that connect Moana to grandma Tala, who’s actually pretty important in connection to Maui. One theory states that grandma Tala is actually the ocean. This makes sense because she basically transforms into a stingray after she passes. And she seems pretty happy about the whole thing too!
