The lack of views is not your problem
If you don't get views on YouTube, you should take a look at your YouTube Analytics.
Because it shows you what viewers do, not what they say in the comments (or on your community tab).
Data doesn't lie.
3 metrics to look at:
1) audience retention graph
2) view to subscribe ratio
3) traffic source: suggested videos
