CORNCRAKE CORNER
School pupils on Islay are working with a local farmer to create habitat for endangered Corncrakes. These birds were once part of the soundscape across the UK but are now only heard in a few places. Pupils at Keills Primary School on Islay are working to bring the birds back to a corner of a field near their school.
