When recording audio into Ableton Live, it has been suggested to leave monitoring off and use direct monitoring through the audio interface. Otherwise, you'd hear and record the latency. As of Ableton Live 12, there's a new feature that allows you to record with zero latency despite that. Whether you don't have direct monitoring available, or you want to hear effects in Live while you record. In this video, we'll look at what this feature is, how it works and the different ways you can access it.
