I know some of this stuff looks easy but it's not so easy to create art with only the certain shapes available to use at the site. In Bitstrips you can't draw or paint. You can change a shape's color, sometimes, but you can't draw.
You really have to improvise, a lot, ie: I used an enlarged bowl for the girl's hoodie and just blended in some bumps and some shading for the top.
Adding effects such as shadow and light that way, can be done by finding something in their items menu that is about the right shape and then resizing it to fit and then changing it to the color you want and then blurring it in. Their carrots often times work for effects such as shadow and light.
The claw holding the storm crystal needed scales and the only thing I could find that worked were basket balls changed to the color green, lol.
The picture that looks the simplest, the 'Dark Side of the Moon' symbol, was actually the hardest one to do. It was hard to find the correct shapes to make the stripes and took me forever to work out. I had to use their roads for the stripes and scale them down to size but they did not want to cooperate.
Also, I have only used the Bitstrips characters in very few instances. All of the close up faces, bodies and backgrounds were created by me with only the existing shapes and techniques in the Bitstrips website. Some of the pictures are recreations of art I've seen online.
So sad that they have closed their doors :(

The song I've used is from royalty free music that I have. I don't know by whom but the tune is called:

Melody of Life
