A miniature adjustable power supply with an output voltage range of 4 to 30 volts and a 2400 mAh 18650 lithium battery. To convert the battery voltage (3.7 volts), an XL6009 step-up converter is used, which can operate at low supply voltages with a slight reduction in converter efficiency. A ready-made TP4056 board (1A charging current) with a protection module is used as a lithium battery charger.
