Pen Tablet controlling MIDI CC with Wmidi
If you don't actually want to watch the video (I understand),
1. Get Wmidi for free
2. loopMIDI by Tobias Erichsen
3. Create MIDI port in loopMIDI
4. Output Wmidi to that MIDI port you've created, and set up the X, Y, and pressure to MIDI CCs
5. Set up that MIDI port in your DAW as an input and map those CCs that you previously set up in Wmidi to whatever you'd like in your DAW.
