Skyrim best Enb 2021 - Painted World Enb

Personal tweak of Suki Enb for snowfall weathers w/ SKGE (imitates raytracing w bloom effects).
Speaking w/ Forkontheleft (modauthor), I learned he made Suki Enb from Rudy Enb. For years nothing could touch his preset. Even if curiosity led me to try another one out,
it wasn't long before I switched back to Suki. Although cinematic and realistic, I tweaked until I could get a mix of fantasy and realism. Torches can be used, but not necessary. Since Fork is an awesome guy he allows anyone to alter his stuff. Prove me wrong here, is this the best ENB?
No RTX (raytracing), running on an old nvidia1070. Settings maxed out. Still very solid framerate despite mods, enemies, animations, 4k textures etc..

Patrician Enb- too saturated
Tetrochromatic- too saturated
Grim and Somber - too desaturated and bleak
Rudy- Too neutral
Suki- the best for a long time imho, my only complaint was it made nights too dark.
