Dudley faces Kitty in a random mugen battle. Dudley is a character from the Tuff Puppy Universe. I don't know much about that show but he [Dudley] is a new recruit for the agency that he works for. He is created by madoldcrow1105. Kitty is also a character from the Tuff Puppy Universe. According to his read-me, "Kitty Katswell is one of the two lead characters on "T.U.F.F. Puppy". She works for the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force, which is based in a city populated entirely by animal characters. She serves as a sidekick to Dudley Puppy, a new recruit in the organization.
