A short case study video from the Flood Innovation Centre, detailing funded support for FloodJack in order for them to take their innovative jack system, which is used to raise a house above flood waters, to the next stage in its development. The Flood Innovation Centre worked with Andrew Taylor of FloodJack on an integrated study looking at the impacts of living in this very new kind of property, in order to help Andrew navigate stringent planning laws. In partnership with the University of Hull, the Flood Innovation Centre developed a tailor-made support package.
The Flood Innovation Centre works with SMEs in the Humber Region and beyond, to help them develop new products and services in flood resilience, or to help understand and improve the flood risk of their business property.
