Set Notepad++ Document Map to Quickly Move Within Large File: Notepad++ Tips and Tricks
If you are working with a huge files with thousands of lines of code. It can be difficult to move around the file. Document map (also known as Mini map) in Notepad++ allows you to quickly move from one section of the document to another, it is much faster than scrolling. When enabling, document Map shows a section on a sidebar that gives you an overview of your entire document in a very small font size. It can also help to see the pattern of your code, such as where the function starts or ends etc.
