Text effect tutorial (Adobe illustrator) (Text Effect 7)
Another tutorial of creating text effects in Adobe Illustrator. Now, in this tutorial, I use solid blue color variants as layers behind the logo on the green gradient colored logo, use some highlighted border at the upper part only.

Video Guide - Steps
00:51 - Convert your text into outline from "Create Outline"
00:58 - "Object - Compound path - Make", so that can became a single object.
01:12 - Make more copies
01:32 - Select back layer & select "Effect - Path - Offset Path"
02:00 - Move this layer slightly down
02:16 - Make another copy of this layer, change color and apply "Offset Path"
02:54 - Make another copy of back layer, apply darker color and move slightly down.
03:15 - Do it again with more darker shade.
03:32 - Make a waved shape, apply gradient
05:11 - Make another copy of very first layer and use it as a mask of this gradient shape.
05:28 - Select that main layer & apply Gradient
07:15 - Paste it twice again, now we create highlighted areas
07:30 - Move upperone slightly down.
07:40 - Select both shapes & remove middle part with "Shape Builder Tool"
08:08 - Remove bottom lines, & color white to upper side lines
