We are putting the BlackSpace Engine to the test! In this video, we benchmark Crimson Desert natively on CachyOS using the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT and the older Ryzen 9 3950X to see exactly how this game scales across 1080p, 1440p, and 4K resolutions.
We test the Medium, Ultra, and punishing Cinematic presets using FSR 4.1 Native AA to track the exact moment our system shifts from a severe CPU bottleneck to being entirely GPU-bound. We also discuss how the CachyOS Linux experience currently feels cleaner and more consistent than Windows 11, suffering from significantly less visual noise and shadow flickering in our experience.
If this benchmark helps you out, be sure to drop a like! Subscribe to catch our upcoming deep-dives where we turn on FSR upscaling, frame generation, and ray regeneration to push 4K performance even further.
