How to use Google Forms

Sign in to Google Drive. If you have never used Google Forms before, click Blank to create a new form.
Whatever you type in the title box appears at the top of your form. Click Untitled Question to name the first question on your form.
Click Untitled at the top to name your form. Click Multiple choice, Checkboxes, or Dropdown to choose a question type.
Type your responses in the answer box for each question.
Click Add item to add multiple-choice options, checkboxes, or dropdown answers.
To rearrange questions and answers, mouse over them and drag them up or down.
Click More settings to change the title section or description text of a question.
To save your form and view your changes, click Save. You can always edit it later by clicking Edit Form on the right side of the page of the form you are editing.
