Hi, I am Jenovax, and in this video I'm walking you through how to get smooth Twixtor effects on mobile.
There are two main steps before you even get into editing:
Dead Frame Removal (0:11–0:36)
First, I scan my video using a dedicated app you'll find the link in the pinned comment. I set it to high accuracy mode so it detects even small movements, then I go through and manually refine the selection, making sure I only keep the character movements and ignore any camera motion. Once that's cleaned up, I export the video.
Flow Frames (0:42–1:11)
Next, I take that cleaned video into a Google Colab notebook. I connect to the notebook, upload the exported file, and run the interpolate section. Once it's done processing, I download the final smoothed file, and it's ready to bring into my editing software.
