Xbox Banned (Xbox Strike System)

Xbox Banned because of the Xbox Strike System. Apparently, it's against Xbox ToS to experiment a little and figure out how the Xbox Strike System works. I'm simply messaging myself to see how an Xbox ban would work with the newly implemented Xbox Strike System...
Doing this is not allowed... message received. The Xbox Enforcement history page showed the whole Xbox Strike System history, and the newly placed Xbox ban which is pretty much over by now. It showed that I was banned for system tampering. Yes, reporting myself on YouTube to help teach other Xbox players how the Xbox Strike System works means I'm tampering with the system. Never seen that one coming. And I assume I'll get another Xbox ban for talking about this?
The email also specified that I was tampering with my account and the system or manipulating my privileges. No. I was sending myself a message, then reporting myself, recording the result, and seeing how it's affecting my gamertag and Xbox Enforcement history/Xbox Status. Trying to get a better understanding of this new system as it still is a little mixed for me. Spreading the word as my content revolves around Xbox related stuff. But as of now, I'm not allowed to do that because it's considered tampering or it's simply too dangerous to have better knowledge of Xbox Bans and the Xbox Strike System. Wild...
