iLEAD Keynote: Jay Swoboda: Debunking Poverty Myths and Stereotypes
Jay Swoboda is the Founder and Executive Director of What's Up Magazine & The Homeless Empowerment. Project On April 2, 2013 he addressed an audience of Saint Louis University students enrolled in the iLEAD: Servant Leadership Experience program. Jay challenges us to reflect on our own pre-conceived notions of what poverty looks like and to get involved in helping the country to take care of its poor and marginalized.
