First part is simple, wind tunnel boost into cancel glide to get momentum while lowering your elevation. For this specific one, I am using a tall character (Kaeya is F2P with similar height) that's how it seemed to be able to reach the coin. By the time I reach the second coin, my goal was to have 1 boost + 1 energy ball (it takes 5 energy balls to have 2 full charges and this specific count comes into importance later). We take the 2nd coin as we're free falling and at a specific height, we glide back and then boost to the land. We run towards the 3rd coin and then take the left side with wind tunnel. There's exactly 4 orbs on this tunnel which plays into crucial role to have exactly 2 dash boosts for us. Take the wind tunnels and use E just in time right before the 4th coin to take it. Take the wind tunnel soon after it which will boost us to the 5th coin, using one dash to help push to it. Take the wind tunnel and go to the closest wind updraft using our last boost saved up. Use Updraft skill (E) to help speed up ascension.
