How To Turn App Icon Badges ON / OFF On Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7:
Method 1 - Enable or Disable App Icon Badges from Settings:
Step 1: Launch the Settings app from the quick settings or app drawer. Here, scroll down and select "Home Screen".
Step 2: Under Home Screen, scroll down and select "App Icon Badges". Tap on it.
Step 3: You’ll see a toggle for App icon badges. Turn it ON to enable. When enabled, you can choose the badge style. Select Number or Dot.
Number: Shows the number of unread notifications.
Dot: Shows a simple colored dot without numbers.
Step 4: To disable App icon Badges, toggle the option OFF.
Method 2 - Enable or Disable App Icon Badges from the Home Screen Settings:
Step 1: Long-press on an empty area of your home screen. Tap Settings (gear icon) in the bottom-right corner.
Step 2: Toggle the "App Icon Badges" option on or off.
Step 3: Select your preferred badge style if enabling.
