Fix OBS encoding error: Failed to start recording
I upgraded from Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04 today and when I went to make a screenrecording using OBS Studio, I received the following error:

Failed to start Recording
Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.
Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.
"
