How To Make A Non-Alcoholic Gimlet | Alcohol Free Recipes | Mixology Guide
The original Gimlet is a simple, classic cocktail of just gin, lime, and sugar. In this non-alcoholic version we replaced the gin with Everleaf Forest. Forest flavours including Saffron, Madagascan Vanilla and Orange Blossom, and works perfectly in this alcohol free recipe.
Everleaf drinks make complex and balanced non-alcoholic aperitifs made with all the depth, aroma and flavour of the natural world. Non alcoholic drinks are becoming a more and more popular choice, why not try and make this simple and great tasting cocktail yourself to show off to your friends.
INGREDIENTS:
🌳 50ml Everleaf Forest
🧃 35ml Grapefruit Juice
💧 10ml Lime Juice
🐝 10ml Honey Syrup
🍈 Lime for garnish
METHOD:
1) Start by adding ice to the glass you're going to serve the drink in so that it's chilled.
2) Add your Everleaf Forest, pink grapefruit juice, lime juice, and honey syrup to the shaker.
3) Fill shaker with ice, shake for 10-15 seconds so your shaker is frosty.
4) Remove ice from the glass you chilled at the start, and then strain your drink into it.
5) Garnish with a lime twist, serve & enjoy!
