I have a bunch of memories from 2007-2009 going on YouTube and watching AMVs, Nightcore videos, listening to Techno and Trance, Happy Hardcore, Eurobeat. Playing games like Adventure Quest, DDR, random flash games, Runescape, Gaia Online. Going on weird obscure fan forums.
I get really nostalgic listening to this type of music. It feels like a different era, but I didn't see anyone making mixes of it or preserving it, so I thought I would do one! Plus it just hits different with the 2000s anime aesthetic.
