Want to annotate on Zoom? Do not worry this video will guide you to annotate on Zoom. Annotation allows you to draw on the shared screen. To annotate on the Zoom application:
1. Open a web browser first.
2. Search for Zoom.us and press Enter.
3. Sign in to your account if necessary.
* The meeting participants can annotate on the shared screen as a viewer or the one that started sharing your screen. You can also use the annotation tool while sharing or viewing a whiteboard. Before using an annotation tool, there are few things you will need to enable first.
4. Go to My account at the upper right corner.
5. Fro the left-hand side menu, click on account management.
6, Click on Settings under personal
7. Scroll down and click on the annotation option to allow the host and participants to add information to the shared screen.
8. Enable the button next to it. You can allow the saving of a shared screen with annotation or allow annotation to the user who is sharing the screen.
9. Pick one of the options that you like to use. You can use both as well.
10. Click on Save.
11. Share your screen.
12. Invite the participants to your meeting.
