7 Things YOU are doing WRONG right NOW

7 THINGS THAT YOU ARE DOING WRONG EVERYDAY Since you've stumbled upon this video, let me ask you a question. Have you ever wondered if something you're doing is helping or hurting you? The fact is you need to be conscious of what you do every minute of your day. Would you like to know which things you do wrong in your everyday life? These are a list of the top 7 things you are doing wrong in your everyday life: 1. DRINKING MORE WATER: You've been drinking around two liters of water religiously because some red-pill YouTuber claimed it will make you levitate within a few days? Well, I'll tell you; doing so will only make you levitate over the toilet. In reality, drinking more water than you need, will not cleanse your system of toxins, nor will it help your kidneys. The only change you will notice is the change from yellow to clear urine, which has no medical implications. Many people religiously believe drinking more water is beneficial to their health. Dr. Heinz Valtin of Dartmouth Medical School had also concluded that there's no evidence to suggest you should only drink plain water. You can stay hydrated by drinking any other liquid and by consuming foods that contain water. 2. WRONG PUSH-UPS: In fourth grade, most guys learn to do push ups. But have you ever wondered if you're doing them correctly? “I see 99.9 percent of people do it wrong.” says metabolic training expert B.J. Gaddour. Pushups must be performed correctly in order to avoid injuring your lower back, hurting your shoulders, and not gaining the maximum benefit from the exercise. Champs, if your arms are flared out while doing push-ups, don't do it. It’s not the best approach to do push-ups. In fact, most people have been making the same mistake since fourth grade. You put a lot of strain on your rotator cuff when you do that, which may cause severe injury, so keep your elbow close to your body instead. 3. CHECKING YOUR PHONE AFTER WAKING UP: How many of you out there are guilty of checking email, scrolling through social media and seeing the latest news on your phones just moments after waking up? If you think you are the only one, then you are wrong, since all surveys show between 46% and 61% of people check their phones either before they get out of bed or within five minutes after waking up. An article published in the Journal of the Association for Consumer Research found that cognitive capacity is affected by the presence of smartphones, even when they are turned off. The benefits of phones are numerous, but using them after waking up or using them excessively is one of the things you do wrong every day. 4. THREAD INTO THE NEEDLE: You're running late for work, but can't get the end of a thread into that tiny hole to fix your button? Have you been squinting, licking your fingers, or trying every trick you can think of to get it into the needle? That's right; we've all been doing the same thing. But when you hear this, you may question whether you have been correctly converting oxygen into carbon dioxide your whole life: Rather than threading the needle through the hole, you can put the thread on your palm and slide the needle's hole over the thread until the thread slides in.5. TURNING THE THERMOSTAT UP HIGH: People turn the thermostat up high because they believe that will increase the rate of heating, but here's the thing, Changing a thermostat setting to 30°C will only alter the target temperature, but not the heating speed. Unlike humans, heating systems don't increase effort as a result of a challenge. A higher setting will only risk wasting energy while getting you too hot. 6. EATING FOOD WRONG: Is it painful to cut the strawberry’s top and lose a significant juicy part along with it? Your pain is mine, as I, too, have been through this until I realized that we have been doing it wrong since Adam ate the strawberry in the heavens. Hey, hey! I know it was an apple, stop commenting guys. Press a straw into the base of the strawberry. Push it all the way through to hull the strawberry without having to slice! Now you can enjoy more strawberries. 7. LAUNDRY DETERGENTS: Have you ever pulled out your dryer expecting to see downy-soft clothes only to find stiff, starchy garments? It's quite likely you're using too much laundry detergent. Most people think that using too much detergent will make their clothes whiter, but this is not the case. Too much detergent will not make your clothes whiter. Too many suds can cushion fabrics and dirt traps stains, making them impossible to remove. Follow the instructions on your bottle instead.
