(0:16) Tip 1: If there are no signs of life, such as no indicator lights or display or motor operating refer to the “Won't start troubleshooting”.
(0:27) Tip 2: If the washer can be programmed but does not fill check to make sure the door is closed completely. If the door is closed, make sure the hot and cold faucets are turned on. Check to see if the fill hoses are kinked.
(0:43) If the water inlet screens are clogged, the water will come in slowler or not at all. The screens are located in the water valve on the back of the machine. To access the screens, turn off the water and remove the hoses. If the screens are clogged clean any debris from the screens and reinstall the hoses.
(1:04) Turn on the water and check for leaks. Note: the screens must not be removed or discarded. They protect the valve from debris. If the screens are not in place, a flood condition can occur. If this does not solve the problem, a service call may need to be scheduled.
