In this video, I demonstrate an end-to-end RPA automation solution for Sales Order Creation using UiPath.

The automation processes customer order data and automatically creates a Sales Order in the SAP ERP system after validating key details such as customer information, product codes, quantities, and pricing.

Manual sales order entry in ERP systems is time-consuming and prone to data entry errors, delays, and operational inefficiencies, especially when handling large volumes of orders.
🔹 Proposed Solution
The bot reads order details from the input file, performs data validation, logs into SAP, creates the sales order automatically, captures the generated order number, and sends confirmation reports to stakeholders.
