Elite Dangerous, Peregrina and Phekda system permits
I based at Kagutsuchi for the Peregrina permit and Brizo for the Phekda permit. I sold exploration data (4 pages to each) to ally with the principle factions and get the permit. You can ally at Kagutsuchi but you then have to travel on to HIP 18609 to get the permit.
