What is Bierschnapps? Bierschnaps is a neutral spirit distilled from beer! This particular bierschnaps is made at a local distillery here in Ottawa Canada and made from an India Pale Ale (IPA) that is also brewed locally

2 oz Bierschnapps
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Egg White

Beer & Coffee
2 oz Bierschnaps
1 oz Espresso
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/4 oz Demerara Syrup (you can omit if using a very sweet Coffee Liqueur)

Am I Blue?
1.5 oz Bierschnaps
1/2 oz Aperol (You can also use Campari)
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Top with IPA Beer
