We start by exploring the scenario to be built (namely, having customers call into a hotline, be presented with options and then be routed to a human agent if necessary), then we look at how the agent can be built in Copilot Studio, how to connect the agent to Dynamics 365 Contact Center, how to configure a corresponding workstream and channel and finally we test the setup to see how it all comes together
