In this step-by-step tutorial, I will show you guys how you can program timed mute (and unmute in that manner) for your own Discord Bot using the advanced command handler using Discord JS. Like any other moderation command, muting and unmuting are a must for a Discord Bot. In the previous episode, I showed you guys you could make a simple mute and unmute command; however, in this episode I show you how to add a timer in your mute command so your bot can automatically mute and unmute a specified user. This mute command is a "hybrid" command meaning the bot will mute a specified user for the duration indicated by a moderator. However, if the moderator doesn't specify a time limit to mute the user, the bot will indefinitely mute the user unless a moderator unmutes that user, which was covered in the previous episode.
