I conducted a small experiment to remove yellowness from bleached hair with toner at home. I tested #toningbalmforblondes #pearlblondTM #concept
I applied it to one section of my hair with a brush, and to the other, just with my hands.
It's not very noticeable in the video, but the brush definitely toned my hair more evenly.
And by the way, the balm is good and inexpensive. It gives hair a pearly shine and helps #removeyellowingblondes. They also have an arctic blonde shade. This is for lighter hair.
