HOW TO MAKE CARROT CHAPATI | CARROTS & CINNAMON CHAPATIS | SHEENAS KITCHEN
In this video I show you how to make carrot Chapati. I made this chapatis with carrots and cinnamon powder in them. Chapati is a very popular flat bread in kenya and often once you master the basics, you can pretty much add whatever flavours you want in them.▼ LEARN MORE▼

RECIPE INGREDIENTS LIST:
⦿1 cup all purpose flour (sifted)
⦿1 carrot (finely grated) then mixed with 1/2 cup hot water
⦿1 heaped tsp sugar
⦿1 flat tsp cinnamon powder
⦿ 1 tbsp veg oil ( I used sunflower)
⦿1/4 tsp salt
⦿1/4 cup - 1/2 cup warm water (or as neccessary until dough just about comes together.)

⦿Extra flour for dusting and and rolling out the chapatis
⦿Extra oil for layering the chapatis and cooking them
*please note these chapatis are on the sweeter side cause of the carrots and sugar. Feel free to omit the sugar in the flour or add less than a teaspoon
