Nickel Aluminum Clad Strip is a bimetal composite that bonds a nickel layer to an aluminum core through roll‑bonding and diffusion bonding. The aluminum provides low density, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and cost savings, while the nickel layer offers excellent corrosion resistance and stable welding/contact properties.
