I've been holding on for so long and I've lost feeling in them now, and I see my fingers slipping. And I'm like, 'What if the river is good?'"
This quote from the Liturgists podcast was one of the most impactful analogies I had ever heard. I felt the exact same, that so much of my life was lived holding on so tight to what I thought I knew, what seemed safe. This year I think I finally let go of that branch.
