Here's a quick video to show how to fix the summing of hours over 24.

The steps shown in this video
1. Use =sum() for the cell range that we are summing
2. Click on the cell with the sum formula and press CTRL+1
3. Under the formatting box go to Custom Formatting - Type - enter [h]:mm
